Refund Policy

Refunds or replacement will be provided for damaged shipments only.   We at Autumn of Life Learning Tree have no control over shipping carrier damage but will do what we can to ensure a quality product is shipped.  To receive consideration for a refund, please send a picture of the damaged item along with its packaging to our sales department at

This policy does not guarantee a refund, only that one will be considered based on actual damage.   

Customer must then destroy or return damaged order at the discretion of the Autumn of Life Learning Tree representative.  Shipping fee's are non-refundable, but customers who are instructed to return products will be reimbursed or provided a return shipping label to print and attach to returns as negotiated at time of refund consideration.   

Please contact the author for any further requests.  We reserve the right to limit a refund to the price of replacement only.  Lost shipments due to wrong address or unforeseen delivery issues, will be handled on a case by case basis.
